Service was great and a good first time experience, will be back again. The gentleman who did my billing was very personable, and the young man who did the service was very perfessional.

I have the extended warranty but I don't have the premium extended warranty so what they told me that was covered wasnt till after they did their checks and everything and now after I told them why would I bring it an hour away to have them fix my issues if I didn't know they wouldnt fix it under my extended warranty..... I asked to check 2 things and they only checked 1 of the 2 things I asked and checked and messed with everything else, now that I have it back my truck is making a new noise and is driving hard..... why do dealerships do this to hard working people

Great Service! Very quick!

Pros: Diagnosis, speed of appt/repairs, and repairs done properly. Cons: cost for repairs is on the higher end Had a coolant leak and they got me in the next day for an appt, diagnosed same day as appt, and had it repaired by the next day. Quick service and them giving me a ride home and back helped. Only things that I noticed is that repairs were quite pricey- almost $900 for a new water pump to be installed. And they charge a 2.75% fee for using card so make sure you have cash (corner store has an ATM if you don’t). When I went to pick up my car the coolant was low, likely d/t air bubbles in the system, but when I asked about it they were willing to top it off.

They took excellent care of everything we needed. You can really tell that they care about their customers, and want to do everything in their power to meet your needs and expectations.

I purchased a minivan from Lakeside automotive and have used Lakeside service center for additional repairs. Eric was great to work with, he was very informative and kept me in the loop with everything they were doing. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family and also if you’re in the market to purchase a vehicle go in and talk to Ryan. He was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with.

We had purchased a vehicle from Lakeside and needed some service work done. They were very helpful, informative, and did all the required repairs needed. We purchased our vehicle from Ryan originally and will be using the service center for any additional repairs needed.

I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else!!!!
